Preparing your property for showcasing is really where your campaign commences. This may include arranging any maintenance, repairs or updates or in some cases - renovations.

Roberto & Lisa work very closely with you to identify any areas in which improvements may impact the sale value of your home. Providing introductions to contractors, arranging quotations and managing any works through to completion. With all costs parked until settlement.

In conjunction with this, you can also include any styling and marketing costs until settlement. For a small fee, you have access to up to *$150,000 in campaign funding to complete works and cover any marketing and styling costs allowing you to go to market with ZERO UP FRONT costs until settlement.

Terms & Conditions

To gain access to this program, you must have entered into a Form 6 Agency Agreement with Roberto Scartozzi or Lisa Psaras from LJ Hooker Property Hub.

Property Credit provides access to up to $150,000 for home improvements, styling and campaign marketing costs through until settlement.

Home improvements include tasks such as landscaping, garden clean up, driveway resurfacing or painting, roof restoration, cleaning and painting, gutter cleaning and repairs, fencing installation or updates, exterior and interior painting, flooring, kitchen upgrades, skylight installations, property cleaning, property styling and more.

Property must have current insurance policy.

Funds are repayable upon the property sale, removal from the market, removal from the listing agency 180 days (6 months), whichever comes first.

The flat fee of 1.5% is charged calendar monthly.
