We co-ordinate and manage every Open Home like an event. Our team work with you to set up and execute an open home experience built around creating the most idyllic setting that buyers will fall in love with, whilst bringing to life the campaign they have seen online or in print.
Both Roberto and Lisa are always present at every Open Home. All guests are welcomed personally, checked in to the buyer portal and liaised with throughout their visit.

To provide a seamless campaign experience, we work exclusively with Property Credit - our Campaign Funding partner.

Property Credit is our exclusive campaign funding partner, providing access to funding for both pre-sale improvements, styling and advertising costs, so that our clients enjoy a streamlined process under an agreed budget. ZERO costs up front. All costs parked until settlement for a small monthly fee. of approximately 1.95%. Funds are held in trust and paid directly to the contractor once you have approved payment.
